Tony Blackburn with crashed Mosquito TK599

It was the 31st October 1953 and a DeHavilland Mosquito from RAF Schleswigland lost height after feathering a prop and bellylanded in a field 6 miles Northwest of Hohenwestedt in west Germany.

The aircraft, registered TK599, was a B35 model  converted to TT35 (target-towing) specification.

Certain parts were salvaged from the aircraft and the remains of the aircraft were burned at the crash site.

On the extreme right is Cpl. Gerry Francis, killed in later life in the North Sea when he became a diver. High left with the peaked cap is 'Titch' Pierce, a Leading Aircraftsman. Can anyone provide names for the other faces?

Other crashes: TA686  TA669  VP351  RS717
